Dr Andreas Krieg is an associate professor in Security Studies at King's College London and a fellow at King's Institute of Middle Eastern Studies, cu...morerrently seconded to the Royal College of Defence Studies where he applies his subject matter expertise to professional education of military and diplomatic leaders. Dr Krieg has worked for 20 years in and on the MENA region looking at the nexus between security and socio-politics in the region. Outside of academia, Dr Krieg is the director of MENA analytica a specialist political risk consultancy firm based in London focusing exclusively on North Africa and the Middle East.
