Manica Balasegaram

Dr Manica Balasegaram is the Executive Director of Medecins Sans Frontieres' Access Campaign. He has worked as a doctor in MSF field projects in Uganda, Sudan, Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, India and Bangladesh.
