Vannarith Chheang

Vannarith Chheang is a consultant at the Nippon Foundation in Japan. He is also a co-founder and chairman of advisory board at the Cambodia Institute for Strategic Studies (CISS), and adjunct senior fellow at the Cambodian Institute for Cooperation and Peace (CICP).
