UN aid chief warns of new Israeli occupation in southern Lebanon

UN aid chief Tom Fletcher has warned of a potential new Israeli occupation in southern Lebanon, urging the Security Council to act as violence escalates. More than 1.1 million people have been displaced, and at least three UN peacekeepers have been killed in recent attacks.
